We ship using multiple ground carriers, with most ground shipments within the continental U.S. arriving in 7–12 business days after order is processed. Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing.

The only way you can cancel or change an order is if it is done prior to it being shipped. Once your order is shipped, it is no longer possible to cancel or change the order. The purchase is then subject to our return policy.
